    (can occur during or after surgery, chemotherapy and / or radiation)

  7. Lymphedema
    Swelling of the arms, legs or trunk can be a result of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation or removal of lymphnodes
    •“Comprehensive Decongestive Therapy” approach to Lymphedema can significantly reduce or eliminate lymphedema (swelling)
    •Reduce the risk of infection
     
  8. Aquatic Therapy
    Therapeutic exercises instructed and supervised by a licensed therapist in the pool.
    •Allows patients to perform exercises more effectively and with greater ease because of the warmth, buoyancy and freedom of movement achieved in water
    •Reduce pain and loss of function
    •Improved strength, conditioning, flexibility and endurance
     
  9. Workers Compensation
    •Speed return to work
    •Improve healing / recovery time
    •Reduce injury recurrence
    •Patient can be seen within 24 – 48 hours of initial injury
    •Achieve optimum recovery from work related injuries

Case loads consist of 50% orthopedic and sports and 50% a variety of specialty services. These specialties include: Lymphedema, Aquatic Therapy, Urinary Incontinence, Cancer Related Fatigue, Osteoporosis, Fall Prevention and Balance Training.
